Everything you need to get the most out of Wisseo, step by step.

Getting started

Create your account and set up your first store in a few minutes.

  1. Create your account (14-day free trial, no credit card)
  2. Add a store (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop or CSV)
  3. Enter your store's URL and API key
  4. Test the connection from the interface
Tip: the onboarding assistant walks you through it step by step on your first login.

Import your products

Three ways to import your product catalogue.

  1. CSV — Upload a CSV file, then map the columns (name, description, price, category)
  2. Google Sheets — Paste your spreadsheet URL and Wisseo imports it directly
  3. Connector — Sync automatically from Shopify, WooCommerce or PrestaShop
Recommended format: one product per row, with “name”, “description”, “category” and “price” columns.

Generate product listings

Run AI generation on all or part of your catalogue.

  1. Select the products to process
  2. Choose the language and brand tone
  3. Start the generation — follow its progress in real time
  4. Review, edit and approve each listing
Each listing includes: SEO title, meta description, short and long description, bullet points, FAQ and image alt texts.

Automated SEO articles

Feed your store's blog with optimised articles.

  1. Create a content plan (topic, tone, frequency)
  2. Set the publishing time slots
  3. The AI writes and schedules the articles automatically
  4. Review them in the history, approve or edit before publishing
Built-in duplicate detection ensures every article takes a different angle.

SEO score

Each listing gets a score out of 100 that rates its optimisation.

  1. SEO title (25 pts) — length, main keyword
  2. Meta description (20 pts) — length, CTA, keyword
  3. Long description (30 pts) — length, density, structure
  4. Bullet points (15 pts) + FAQ (10 pts)
Target: ≥ 75/100. Listings below that threshold are flagged for improvement.

Direct publishing

Push your optimised listings to your store in one click.

  1. Check that your connector is active (green in Connectors)
  2. Approve the listings to publish
  3. Click “Publish” — Wisseo updates the title, description and meta directly
  4. Check the sync history for each store
PrestaShop: the Wisseo Blog module must be installed to publish articles.

Multilingual translation

Translate your listings into 7 European languages without losing SEO.

  1. Open an existing listing
  2. Click “Translate” and select the target language
  3. The AI translates while keeping the tone and SEO optimisation
  4. Review and approve the translated listing
Available languages: FR, EN, ES, DE, IT, NL, PT.

Subscription & billing

Manage your plan, quotas and payments.

  1. Check your usage in Billing → Usage
  2. Switch plans at any time (Basic → Pro → Business)
  3. Buy extra credit if you reach your quota
  4. Cancel at no cost from your dashboard
You get an alert email at 80% and 100% of your monthly quota.

CSV export

Export your listings to use them outside Wisseo.

  1. Go to Export
  2. Filter by store, language or status
  3. Preview the exported columns
  4. Download the CSV file
The export includes every SEO field: title, meta, descriptions, bullet points, FAQ.
