Terms of use and sale
1. Purpose and publisher
These terms of use and sale (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Wisseo service, an online platform that generates e-commerce product listings using artificial intelligence, published by NXT Digital Labs, Lda (NIF 519264266), whose registered office is at Rua Corga, 611, Vitorino dos Piães, 4990-829 Vitorino dos Piães, Portugal.
Creating an account or taking out a subscription constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
2. Description of the service
Wisseo allows you to import a product catalogue (CSV file, Google Sheets, URL or e-commerce connector) and to generate, using artificial intelligence models, search-optimised product listings (titles, meta descriptions, descriptions, key points, FAQs), then export them or publish them to connected shops (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, etc.).
3. Access to the service and account
The service is accessed through an account created on app.wisseo.io. A free trial may be offered, with no payment card required. The user warrants that the information provided is accurate and is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from their account.
4. Plans, prices and billing
Wisseo is offered in the form of:
- monthly or annual subscriptions (e.g. Basic, Pro, Business), including a periodic quota of generated listings and access to the platform’s features;
- pay-as-you-go credits (one-off purchase) for generating additional listings beyond the subscription quota.
Current prices are shown on the Pricing page. They are stated inclusive of any applicable taxes depending on your country. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
5. Payment and payment provider
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as authorised reseller (Merchant of Record). This provider is the seller of the digital products, collects payments on our behalf and issues invoices. This provider’s own terms may apply in addition to these Terms. Wisseo has no access to your payment card details.
6. Right of withdrawal and refunds
As the Service consists of the supply of digital content and a service performed immediately, the conditions for withdrawal and refunds are set out in our refund policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
7. Generated content and ownership
Listings are generated from data supplied by the user, who retains ownership of it. The user has full rights to use the generated listings for their business. The user remains solely responsible for reviewing, verifying the accuracy and compliance of, and publishing the content before it goes live. As artificial intelligence may produce inaccuracies, human proofreading is recommended.
8. Acceptable use
The user undertakes not to use the Service for unlawful, misleading or infringing purposes or in any way that infringes the rights of third parties, nor to attempt to disrupt its operation (abusive scraping, circumventing quotas, reverse engineering). Any breach may result in suspension of the account.
9. Availability and liability
Wisseo uses reasonable endeavours to ensure the availability and quality of the Service, without any obligation as to results, in particular regarding search rankings or visibility, which depend on external factors. The publisher shall not be liable for any indirect loss; in any event, its liability is limited to the amounts paid by the user over the preceding twelve (12) months.
10. Termination
The user may cancel their subscription at any time from their customer account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no further renewal. The publisher may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these Terms.
11. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy & GDPR policy.
12. Changes to the Terms
The publisher may amend these Terms. Users will be informed of any material changes; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law applicable at the publisher’s registered office (Portugal), subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal proceedings are brought. Consumers in the European Union may use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
